Viggo Boserup, a full-time mediator since 1992, has joined JAMS, The Resolution Experts, the nation’s largest private provider of ADR services. Mr. Boserup is based in the JAMS Santa Monica Resolution Center in The Water Garden, where he will continue to resolve disputes in areas including aviation, business / commercial, construction, employment, insurance, personal injury, professional liability, and real estate.

Mr. Boserup, who has been named a Top Mediator in California by the Daily Journal, is a full-time neutral, who has mediated more than 4,000 disputes during the last 15 years. In addition to resolving disputes in areas such as entertainment, intellectual property, products liability, wrongful death, estate, probate, and trusts; he has designed dispute resolution systems within mid-sized to major institutional environments.

He earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton University in 1966 and his law degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1969.
